Daily Duties at Wells Fargo Dealer Services:

Wells Fargo was waiting for approval for dealer services Bankruptcy phase 2 project when WF acquired all services and loans belonging to Wachovia Dealer Services. This acquisition required the integration and conversion of Wachovia dealer services data to Wells Fargo Dealer Services applications. Based on these facts, the "WF DS Bankruptcy Phase 2' project was launched. I was appointed this projects' Business Analyst Consultant. I started meeting with all business clientele, SMEs, Users assigned to this project to gather detail requirements. Requirements had to be gathered for each type of Bankruptcy. I created process flows for each type, data flows for the overall BK processes and data mappings from each BK type to the Phase 1 resulting Data Base, Reviewed all flows, mappings and requirements gathered with the team. Any/all corrections were updated and approval obtained. With this information I started writing the Business Requirements Document in detail. During the writing of the BRD I held reviews and made updates that were appropriate. Some new forms were introduced to the processing of some BK types. I mocked up these new forms and submitted them for printing upon final approval.
