Daily Duties at Citigroup:
Review and approve the calculation of management fees, capital calls, distributions, and the allocation of net income in order to maintain individual partners’ capital account balances. Manage the dissemination of capital call and distribution notices, financial statements, and ending partner capital account balances. Prepare waterfall models to calculate preferred return, carried interest, and the distributions of cash to partners. Interpret limited partnership agreements and other legal documents to provide guidance for proper accounting. Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals during the year-end audits. Manage and mentor staff of twelve accounting professionals at various levels.
