Daily Duties at Wells Fargo Dealer Services:

As Lead Analyst on the "Payments in Stores" project I took command and started defining Wells Fargo procedures and processes in place that accept and set-up for processing dealer loans made in the Wells Fargo banking center. Integration of Wells Fargo loan process to Wachovia commercial loan application system into one centralized Wells Fargo loan application had to be designed and requirements defined. JAD Sessions were set-up with network in-store specialist, maniframe loan processing specialist, batch dealer loan applications specialist, In-store WEB and PC technical teams. I generated 'AS IS' and 'TO BE' process flows. Work flows were generated along with data configurations. Data mappings of Wachovia to Wells Fargo files was performed and including the beginning of a data dictionary.
