Daily Duties at Filene's/ Kaufmann's:
Responsible for leading the cosmetics division, the second largest in the United States, which included maintaining appropriate staffing levels and overseeing all finance related operations for over 100 stores. Controlled over $100m dollars in both payroll and vendor credits which was used to fund salaries and commissions for over 2,500 Cosmetics Beauty Advisors, Coordinators, and Retail Selling Specialists. Successfully maintained positive relationships with over 30 cosmetic vendors and worked closely with other members of management ranging from Account Coordinators to Executive level managers.
