Daily Duties at The Procter & Gamble Company:
Counsel to multibillion-dollar business in hair care, soap, and antiperspirants. Advertising and Marketing Related Experience: Reviewing and modifying all marketing materials and contracts directly with clients at all levels, including senior executives, and strategized with business team to achieve goals within the law. Collaborating with Research and Development Department to create legal substantiation for advertising claims. Interacting with competitors, including in challenges before the National Advertising Division. Contracts Related Experience: Strategizing with and advising business clients on licensing agreements. Counseling the sports marketing group. Reviewing and modifying purchase, supply, talent and event agreements. Litigation Management Experience: Interfacing regularly with outside counsel, including supervision of major consumer class action litigation, and managed document collection and preservation with regard to the same.
