Daily Duties at Target:

• Lead a team of seven executives, 16 managers, and 200 employees in order to properly execute company programs and drive profitable sales resulting in a 5.21% sales improvement to last year. • Collaborate with my District Team Leader to recruit, train, and develop Executive Team Leaders for all 13 stores within the district • Develop talent within the store through weekly developmental check-ins with store leadership to provide feedback and guidance throughout their career • Analyze financial performance and metrics regarding overall store operations and team in order to successfully manage our budget relating to store expenses and gains • Set expectations for store culture and environment in order to retain great talent in a fun and fast paced environment. • Develop effective working relationships throughout the store in order to focus on tea member engagement and morale. Team engagement rated at 93% favorable during annual total store survey in June 2013. • Collaborate with district business partners in Asset Protection, Human Resource, and Pharmacy in order to successfully implement and support new rollouts and best practices in each specialty business area.
