Daily Duties at Urban Science:
I, being the sole Business Analyst on the AHM - American Honda Motors Project, jumped into action gathering AHM's customized requirements, creating detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) spcifically for the receipt, processing and distribution of lead processing. I designed all screens and menus, built Detail BRDs for each screen, navigation rules and menu. I Spearheaded the requirements gathering and the creation of the detail BRD for the Nissan Showroom Traffic Lead processing and reporting system. This was the first of its kind and required massive interface requirements gathering and a new reporting system.
