Daily Duties at Intergrated Project Resources:

• Worked on the structural bid analysis and made recommendations with the management team. • Assisting with the overall site development and site utilization plan with our management team. • Managing the delivery and site installation of over 7,000 foundation and earth retention piles and caissons. • The fabrication, delivery and erection of 23,000 tons of structural steel for the 1.2 million sq. ft. main process building, the water treatment facility, and the necessary ancillary structures. • Working with the safety, inspection, engineering and installation companies resolving issues prior to and as they arose for the structural steel and pile driving process. • The delivery, installation and commissioning of 19 overhead cranes. • Reviewing and sign off of all the critical lifts packages for the structural steel and equipment. • Oversight of the owner supplied equipment installation for the reheat furnace, transfer tables, cooling bed and scrubber system. • Meeting daily with all contractors to discuss site safety and coordinate of contractors’ site activities. • Invoice, Change order, contractor time/ force report review for construction approval and submittal. • Working together with the management team and contractors resolving site construction conflicts, safety issues and concerns as they arose. • Working with the contract closeout team identifying potential liquidated damages and verifying contract deliverables for the completion of the technical packages on all the site contractors and vendors.
