Daily Duties at Stellar Home Health Care:
Responsibilities are listed but not limited to: managing a staff of 30+ employees; interviewing, precepting, evaluating, hiring and firing staff. Preparing and presenting Orientation, Community Education with emphasis on hypertension, breast cancer and women's heart disease. Proficient in OASIS and review the Start of Care and other documentation; admit patients when needed; conduct case conferences. Recruit on-site in-services. Attend weekly team meetings and offer suggestions for improvement and compliance with CMS Guidelines. Updated on CMS Guidelines and present these to staff. Communicate with physician, nursing staff, physical therapists, MSW, and other community agencies to promote excellent patient care. Available to both nursing staff, office manager, owner, physicians, patients 24/7.
