managed day to day activities, managed the budget and all federal grant reporting requirements, presented monthly reports to the Tribal Council, oversaw the monthly activities of the enrollment and constitution committees and served as the facilitator between the tribal council and committees, served as the main tribal lead for the research and development of constitution, served as de facto member for various other committees formed by the tribal council.
