Review and summary of complaints as submitted to the Board of Nursing regarding a deviation from the standard of care. This included Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners. Attended monthly agenda meetings with Deputy attorneys and Board Members to present complaints with recommendations. Utilized critical thinking skills in evaluating complaints based on nursing expertise and knowledge.
