Daily Duties at Tri Star Equities :
For nine buildings in the upper west side of Manhattan. Duties include taking all maintenance calls from all the tenants and coordinating and providing access to contractors. Responsible for coordinating contractors for all apartment renovations, including inspection on completion. Responsible for coordinating contractors for the cleaning of the building, the upkeep of the boiler, and the pickup of the refuse and recycling.
