Daily Duties at Department Of Workforce Development State Of Indiana:
As Test Manager I was responsible for three Domains on the Unemployment UIM Project managing 12 to 15 testing team. Responsible for the SQA process in documenting and following SQA standards creating test plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and Test Summary Reports (TSR). Responsible for validation documents, executing test scripts, including resolving any defects and application issues. As Test Manager I worked with the State employees and the management in decisions on testing and distributing work among vendor and State employees. Attending defect meeting and providing the defect management report. I Worked with different Domain leads and Business analysts collaborating for successful testing Functional, System and Regression testing.
