Daily Duties at Hca:
Responsible for supervising 150 nurses and clinical managers facilitating the design and implementating the delivery of patient care, recommending stategies to improve services, reaching goals, mainitaining satisfactory outcomes and contributing to profitability.Specific duties and responsibilities include: Creating a positive, collaborative work environment; Developing and implementing objectives, policies and procedures; ensuring that operations comply with established standards and regulations; Preparing and overseeing business reports, including annual budgets; Providing guidance to staff and acting as a resource to colleagues; Directing personnel functions, including recruiting, hiring and retention of staff and handling disciplinary actions.
