Daily Duties at All About Staffing:
Open start-up temporary staffing agency to support 6 area Atlanta HCA facilities. Interview, hire, train and orient personnel to cover all aspects of nursing services and reduce outside agency utilization. Educated staff in computer documentation for patient services, CPR, safety, HCA policies/procedures. Performed weekly payroll activities. Liaison between agency and hospital Chief Nursing Executives. Evaluate program services based on facility feedback/staff performance. Prepare cost savings reports and man hours supported
