Daily Duties at Cross Timbers Surgery Center:

Complete development & organization of ASC from planning to start-up. Responsible for hiring of employees, employee records, and employee liaison for over 200 employees( Hospital and Anesthesia Company) Responsible for JCAHO accreditation/reaccreditation and State inspections/CMS Set up server and computers with NT networking Manage human resources, monthly financials, A/P and A/R, oversee Materials Dept.-monitor and analyze monthly profit & loss Responsible for the organizing and purchasing millions dollars in equipment Responsible for all inventory for the development phase Direct and coordinate business office activities & credentialing for 156 physicians Develop annual budget and projected service utilization accounts Sits as ex-officio member on all committees within the facility. Represents the facility and acts as an official facility representative at all functions. Oversees the inservice program by identifying those required, establishing a schedule for inservices and monitoring the inservice program for each staff member. Develop itemized cost analysis studies on individual procedures to determine margin of profitability Perform cost analysis to determine profit margins and returns on investments on cash flow projections.
