Drove new product development for B2B Global IT Services Provider. Assisted in transitioning the $250 Million North American IT Practices into 8 distinct Product Organizations to deliver customized IT consulting services. Developed operational and marketing dashboards that included trending to allow practices to demonstrate their value and enable sales to strengthen customer relationships and identify “hot” areas to penetrate and grow. Championed Gartner Magic Quadrant for SAP and the Forrester Wave for SAP product line. Gartner and Forrester identify top companies in specific product areas. The Forrester Wave was the first for CIBER.
