Daily Duties at Lime:

Double-hats as Product Manager - Enterprise Solutions and Product Developer - Hosted Services for the Caribbean region with full commercial and operational responsibility for meeting sales, revenue and profitability targets. Created annual / long term product strategies and plans including development of forecasts and revenue goals along with KPIs, tactics and Go-to-market plans. Managed pricing and distribution development and managed marketing / promotional strategies to maximize market position and give companies competitive advantages. Worked across functional teams to define new products and to enhance existing products/ services. Interact with sales / dealer channels as part of Account management and sales functions. Core accountabilities included: 1. Lead region-specific products requirement gathering and analysis 2.Translating market specific requirement to products requirements that solve business problems. 3. Develop product vision and strategy and sales tactics for the region with local sales and marketing consensus. 4. Own road map for specific product design and features. 5. Support regional sales, engineer and end-user teams with the in-depth knowledge of core products features and functions. 6. Guide the RFP response by providing technical information as necessary to produce complete proposals. 7. Launch several products/ programs across LIME’s 13 Business units which includes Hosted WIFI, LIME Conferencing solution, Hosted voice solution, Hosted Call Accounting and a regional PBX migration program.
