Daily Duties at Staff Mark:

Maintain a staff of 25-30 employees that work a continuous operation schedule. Manages all daily account activity with regards to the on-site company. Responsible for human resource duties including; recruiting, interviewing and hiring. Enforce all company policies on training, coaching to excellence, employee write ups, terminations, and other various duties. Created MS Excel spreadsheets detailing production rates per man hour, cost per hour, and production per shift. Maintain customer relations through weekly meetings with client management.
