Daily Duties at Project Hired:

Manage personnel that are “Severely Disabled” working a continuous operational schedule, 24/7, 365-days per year under the AbilityOne program, governed under the JWOD Act. Maintain all time and attendance, along with invoice comparison and pay check distribution. Manage all employee turnover and retention, counsel employees accordingly and conduct regular performance standards, appraisals, audits and meetings with clients to ensure consistency and quality. Developed specific recruitment plans to ensure all fulfillments of clients needs are met. Assist with creative advertising and recruitment. Dispatch all emergencies and Codes to the VA Police accurately and within a timely manner. Travel from Sacramento to San Jose at least once a month for manager assessment meetings. Ensured compliance with contractual performance expectations and labor laws.
