Conducted training seminars for hourly employees, store management, and regional management 10. Solved training issues as they arose 11. developed and implemented strategic programs that increased training productivity through staff training, skills development, and organizational development company wide 12. Worked on plans for greater employee retention 13. . Evaluate and diagnose systemic issues that impact organizational training effectiveness 14. Manage the survey feedback process through effective communication of related activities, data analysis, report generation, and follow up 15. Developed and managed an ongoing training and leadership development strategy 16. Provided sound coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues. 17. Have at least 5 years+ experience in training and/or leadership development, including curriculum design and facilitation. Have experience in HR generalist role Experienced in setting goals and legal requirements, conduct new employee orientations, assist new hires in plant training and provide mentor assistance for new trainees
