Daily Duties at Verizon Communications:
Active partnership with vendor HR management for all staffing needs of fraud management group including evaluation of departmental needs, resource and performance management. Directly responsible for ~50 agents. Operational team included 8+ direct and virtual managers and executives. (2004 – 2008)
