Managed and coordinated training needs for two vendor supported operations in four geographic locations (~600 agents); supported development, implementation, and delivery of global learning solutions; identified skill and knowledge requirements; measured ROI of training with results analysis . Managed tech writer and development team who provided online reference, training, reporting and system access resources. Managed ~15 trainers and QA staff for Fraud Risk Management Group in two call center locations supporting 400+ employees.
