As the first and newly assigned director, I was responsible for the establishment of the Atlanta HIDTA Task Force and the operations of that task force. I had to oversee expenditures, write new funding proposals, coordinate and assign enforcement officers assigned to the task force, hire administrative personnel and oversee the overall direction of the task force which included the structure and and staffing of personnel.
