Owner and Operator of a $475,000 financial services office, managing of staff, marketing and travel budgets, a daily focus on production, and community service outreach. Expanded services to multiple states by utilizing advanced technology by way of webinars and video- conferencing. Provided comprehensive financial planning services, including but not limited to: individual and family budget trouble shooting; needs based assessments; financial planning; goal-setting and strategic planning assistance; estate planning strategies, business planning and succession; and tax-reduction strategies. Oversee all operations and business development functions including marketing campaigns, office and client communication, accounting and financial management, information technology, and human resources.
