Started as a customer service rep for AT&T, to provide product knowledge and troubleshooting support to wireless customers. Became certified as an Apple Mac Expert, and also providing product solutions, technical support, and sales for APPLE. Recently trained and certified as an Emergency Response Representative for the government of Ireland.
