•Worked directly with National Account Sales Divisions to define optimal growth initiatives of the USA $200 MM portfolio •Supported Top 100 customers including; Darden, Dairy Queen, Yum! Brands, Golden Corral, Panera, Sonic, Cracker Barrel, Outback, Landry Group •Internal consultant to Sales and Marketing to drive penetration, define optimal portfolio mix, product innovation, operational and culinary solutions for both Branded and Custom business.
