PHOTO: SVG coater track and GCA stepper system. DEPOSITION: Sputtered metal with Perkin Elmer sputtering system. Deposited Nitride using PECVD plasma system. Ran RIE etcher; Ion Mill chamber, and Matrix P.E.S. INSPECTION: Utilized Scope, Nanospec, and Flexus measuring tools.
