Daily Duties at Imt:

PHOTO: Nikon Steppers; SVG coat tracks & Telmark 7 coat system; Karl Suss Mask Aligner. DEPOSITION: SFI, CVC Sputter Systems, IBD, & PECVD. Plating – particularly copper. INSPECTION: Familiar with Nikon & Olympus high-power scopes with photo software; trained on SEM. ETCH: RIE, DRIE, AOE, and Ion Mill etching systems; wet etch. TEST: Manual (DC &HF) test probe station alone & with Labview software. R&D: Generated reports & data in Infinity QS for engineers.
