Daily Duties at 24/7 Customer:
• Call Monitoring and Call Analysis • Imparting feedback to analyze agent performance • Handled internal and External reports on agent performance • Call verification and reporting • Quality training for New hires • Key member in holding Weekly Internal and External Quality Audit Calibrations. • Mentoring newly appointed Quality Reps to attain mastery of their current position. • Responsible for consolidating quality audit reports and submitting them to Management. • Managed Weekly-off schedules and monitoring Schedules for the entire quality team- for 12 months.
