Marketing operations Lead for Dell India Deployed Lattice for Dell India Responsible for Campaign Planning, Execution and Pipeline targets. Process improvements initiated by me have proved results with increase in pipeline generated. Coordinated between Sales and Marketing teams and external vendors Improved reporting and database structures for revenue and pipeline metrics Handled recruitment of peers very often Experience in SQL and Excel reporting enhanced Created SharePoint site for the Dell India Marketing team Handled pre and post event and Marcom activities Handled Internal campaigns and contests for Sales teams to boost pipeline generation Worked with external vendors to create promotional EDMs Worked on Eloqua for EDM blasts These are the responsibilities in the past two years. Previous to this i was in a Global Reporting team for 5 years - this experience gave me the training on SQL, Excel reporting and analysis, presentations, Project management, Process improvement and recruiting.
