Sr. Project Manager responsible for clients and owners point of contact, progress and coordination meetings, project budgets, change order estimating and submittal, requisitions and invoicing, notifications and letters, scheduling and coordination, labor placement and logistics, equipment procurement and use, materials purchase orders, costs, releases and deliveries, subcontractor acquisitions and coordination, closeout processes and delivery, efficiency tracking and corrective processes, vendor issues and submittals, claims and risk control. Successfully performed for several projects within the airfield / airport and telecommunications divisions.
