Opened a new DIA operating base (largest DIA overseas organization)and 14 separte operating locations in 5 European countries. Develop new relationships with host nation intellgience services. Provide the logistics and material support for all locations. Provided a budget and operating manuals for the base activities. Develop collection plans; provide personnel management, security management, and operations guidance for more than 140 personnel.
