Daily Duties at Stough Enterprises:
Directed and trained quality assurance staff at 14 sites in all aspects of their job functions that included: performance of staff to SOP standards, aseptic techniques when handling raw drug substances, CAPA management, equipment maintenance records, cold chain storage, BPDRs, batch records, shipping of packed product, storage of drug product and supplies. Directed quality assurance teams in administering the quality assurance program according to current local and international procedures and regulations, including DMS, cGMP, and CLIA. Directed the implementation of DMS for computerized donor and product tracking. Established prevention-based systems and quality plans. Represented the company to the Center for Biologics Evaluation & Research and other agencies.
