Daily Duties at Qtc:

Manage 24 direct reports to provide on time delivery of services to the Veterans Affairs for claimants benefits. Manage and handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from business to business, physicians and customers. Calls ranged from scheduling customers medical exams and tests to handling complaints. Trained all staff on importance of customer service and deliveries that resulted in overall decrease of late submissions to VA from 180 days to 90 days or less. Manage processes and procedures to ensure timely and quality completion of services according to customer’s specified pre-set conditions. Manage and assist in the resolution of customer issues.
