Daily Duties at Raytheon Corporation:
1) Bid new projects tasks, Sign for budget, and Create Microsoft Project schedule of all the task required 2) Provide monthly earned value on each task for the project, If out-of-tolerance discrepancies are noted, submit exception reports showing the cause, how it will be rectified in the future. Complete Project's CPI @ less than 1.01 Cost Performance Index 3. Attend scheduled meetings and be prepared to have current status on all issues 4) Manage and inventory your property 5) Verify all labor charges are valid and warranted 6) Insure all work on the project meets quality standards 7) Maintain historical records of your part of the project, noting what worked and what didn't 8) Resolve all issues quickly after they arise and put into place permanent solutions 9) Maintain supervision records on matrix'd labor resources and brief their performance to their immediate supervisors 10) Reward achievements in public and counsel deficiencies in private 11) Work together with other stake holders as a team
