Quality Assurance Manager, State Route 125 South Design Build Project: Otay River Constructors (JV), Chula Vista, CA. Managing design and construction quality assurance program for both the Gap/Connector and Toll Road $400 million design-build project. This involved managing all quality operations for 12 miles of roadway construction, 27 bridges and developing and supervising the QC inspection staff as well as developing quality plans and procedures for the QA program. This also included the development of RFPs and managing subconsultants. Responsible for the QA/QC program budget.
