Daily Duties at Rail Pros, Inc.:
Construction Manager for the Downtown San Diego Quiet Zone, CCDC. Act as point of contact with the Contractor. Coordinate with stakeholders including NCTD, MTS, BNSF, SDG&E and various departments with the City of San Diego. Responsible for recommending changes to the work, monitoring construction progress, review of submittals ,oversight of inspection, negotiating change orders and recommending payment to the Contractor.
