Responsible for compiling and itemizing proposals utilizing Quick-books software to create streamlined documentation for equipment and instrument purchases and monthly department expense reports. Operated high-volume switchboard and maintained daily direct and indirect patient relations operations including acting as point of contact when physicians, vendors, and patients call in, providing critical patient information and forwarding appropriately based information based on needs and expectations of both he visitors, patients, and hospital personnel for the practice.
