Reviewed loan applications for purchase, refinance, or home equity of primary, secondary, or investment homes for approval or decline. Analyzed risk for financial data to address income verifications, to clarify LTV requirements for appraisal review, and to validate sufficient assets, accurately interpreting credit reports for final credit decision. Administered loan approval/commitment or notice of adverse action in timely manner. Analyzed credit of sub-prime loan applications in underwriting all qualified applicants. Reviewed all appraisals and titles and authorized signature for all verifications and loan figures for closing requirements. Evaluated all loan documents after closing for audit procedures in meeting compliance regulations. Managed staff in meeting objectives and goals. Handled loan applications/closings, coordinating all necessary inspections and verifications to include employment/income, appraisal, and credit with verification of closing figures with all concerned parties. Maintained accurate, meticulous records of applications/closing transactions and provided counseling on loan applications. 
