Reviewed all loan and post-close documentation to include bankruptcy, loss mitigation, and loan modification documents. Audited file to uncover any misrepresentation with occupancy, income, or undisclosed mortgage debt. Prepared findings report to determine if loan was acceptable or if misrepresentation was demonstrated in whether loan needed to be pursued for repurchase by origination lender. 
