Daily Duties at Provident Bank:
Entered all HR data into personnel and payroll system including applications,W-4, I-9, and other Federal , State and company Document. Maintained all HR documentation, placed orders for weekly Help Wanted ads in various news Papers. Every week we went out on different locations of the Unemployment centers and ran test on applicants, if they passed we sent out a letter for a date and time for interviews. Then we set up certain days for the interviews and if we decided to hire the person we then sent them a letter of hiring and when to report.
