Daily Duties at Exelis:
• Worked on deployment of 300 Engineering workstations project, installing hardware and software • Handled receiving of new computer equipment • As part of a team, provided Tier 2 onsite desktop support to clients on site (break/fix, virus removal, re-imaging & application installs, H/W replacement, Windows 7 deployment, new H/W installs, etc. at 4 locations). • Assisted in clearing backlog of helpdesk tickets using Remedy at customer site, updated Lotus Notes database • Documented procedures to assist other team members in software installation and computer issues found • Assisted in equipment deployment, reallocation, ordering, and moving
