Daily Duties at Ars/Rescue Rooter:
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources; managing staff. In addition to my daily duties, I instituted, and maintained, a CRM (Customer Relations Management) system to enhance customer retention rates; oversaw customer satisfaction surveys to address concerns that were not noted at time of service; and provided coaching to the local general manager and division manager in order to provide a satisfactory resolution for the customer, therefore enhancing the customer retention rate.
