Daily Duties at Forest City Stapleton, Inc.:

Perform administrative duties for executive management. Duties include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel and meeting arrangements; preparing reports and financial data and customer relations. In addition to my regular duties, I manage an administrative staff of seven; organize Annual Spring Community Day for regional division participation; serve on the corporate editorial board for company intranet; serve as regional contact for human resources, information technologies, and telephony; organize all corporate executive events with international, federal, state, and local dignitaries; and manage and coordinate regional marketing events. Likewise, I provide a bridge for smooth communication between the President and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the President, Chief Financial Officer, two Senior Vice Presidents, and one Director; coordinate the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all-staff meetings; maintain schedule and commitments for the President.
