Trained and oversaw 10 global supervisors and 80 instructors to manage oil field technical and leadership training for more than 8,600 employees; training included targeted employee development, talent planning, and improved employee performance. Managed $10M budget throughout training program development. Conducted monthly regional and global employee meetings to enhance communication, cultivate team mentality, and improve overall performance.
