Daily Duties at Strayer University:
• Direct and support 25 campuses in daily Business Office responsibilities and processing of Title IV Funding • Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulatory requirements related to Federal Title IV and State/campus based aid funds • Assist campuses in resolving customer service and escalated student complaints • Complete Title IV compliant disbursement and recovery processes • Assist Corporate Director of Financial Aid in implementing financial aid projects and processes • Assist Corporate Financial Aid in monitoring of drop/refund/R2T4 procedures and calculations as needed • Reviewed Professional Judgment Requests • Conduct Financial Aid training for campus business offices and/or at annual meetings as requested • Ensure compliance with University’s record retention policy in connection with student financial aid files • Maintain membership in professional organizations such as NASFAA to keep current with applicable regulations • Work effectively at all levels of internal and external organizations with a proven success in the ability to influence others toward consensus
