Daily Duties at Everest University Online:

• Ensure department processes all Student Exits timely and accurately to maintain a less than 3% compliance error rate with the overall goal of less than 5% • Oversee collections processes to maintain a minimal cash payment balance; minimize bad debt accruement through consistent collection activity with active and inactive student balances • Provide frequent training opportunities for both Student Accounts and Student Finance staff to promote Title IV knowledge and ensure staff understanding of the systems and processes in place • Analyze daily accounting reports to ensure accuracy of activity and opportunity for improvement • Organize Special Projects team and create definition and purpose for their daily functions; consisting of a Reports Specialist, Loan Specialist, Default Prevention Specialist and 4 Student Finance Specialists • Coach team to maintain Title IV regulations and recognize possible compliance breeches within the organization • Attend weekly meetings with Area Vice President to discuss current project progress and recognize any future needs of the department Special Projects would be available to assist with • Conduct weekly meeting with individual staff to analyze processes and recognize any tools or changes needed to efficiently continue their functions • Oversee daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure accuracy and review with Reports Specialists any recommendations or changes presented through analyses • Mentor team to provide customer support to all cross-functional departments and assist in student inquiries when possible
