Daily Duties at Socle Education:
• Directly responsible for the day-to-day activities of up to 4 managers, 10 Student Finance Support Supervisors and indirect supervision for up to 115 Student Finance Support Representatives across 3 locations • Successfully administer, advise and train staff with updates, and procedural changes, including internal and external software updates, audits and general infrastructure progression • Provide feedback to training and customer support groups in order to ensure highest quality of service to campuses and students • Provide critical communication and coordination with business, and Corporate cross-functional organizations • Maintain relationships with internal regulatory and audit and compliance departments as well as external regulatory bodies as needed • Manage an average of 345 million dollars quarterly in Title IV funding
