Daily Duties at Healthways, Inc:

• Remote Senior Account Manager responsible for P/L, strategic planning, data analysis, territory expansion, and personnel development. Successfully grew network by 27% in two years, yielding 12% net gains. • Developed, maintained, and enhanced business relations with executive-level health plan personnel on a quarterly basis, as well as network GM’s, VP’s, and Directors throughout the Philadelphia, York, and Lancaster, PA markets. • Business consultant with emphasis on client retention methodologies, CRM, staffing and resource allocation, gross revenue enhancements, and other benchmarking metrics requisite for long-term profitability. • Initiated, developed, and executed health plan star-rating support projects within territory network through data outcomes analysis, marketing tactics, client engagement initiatives, and revenue enhancing operations to help foster and strengthen collaborative partnerships. • Lead interdepartmental team meetings biweekly to define key performance indicators, value producing client requirements, build team dynamic and trust, and ensure all business development endeavors aligned with corporate culture as well as growth and sustainability goals. • Program Manager for PA team overseeing 6 projects running concurrently involving improved operations (TQM), cost abatement and profit margin enhancements. • Planned, initiated, and lead biweekly cross-functional team meetings for project status updates, risk management planning, scope adherence, milestone review, and deliverable implementation reporting. Reported directly to Vice President of Operations in Chandler, AZ.
